As of 2012, the Institute started to rent training halls to organizations interested in using these well-equipped halls to train their staff, the rental cost was set as follows:

- Above costs increase by 50% if the organization/ company is not a IBS stakeholder
- Above costs increase by 50% if the rent is during IBS off days
- Morning period rent cost increase by 15 JOD for each extra hour
IBS provides catering service during rentals upon agreement with the renting party.
