The joint academic committee of the Institute of Banking Studies and the University of Jordan which was formed by the Institute’s board resolution no. (820) dated 16/12/2007, held its sixth meeting at the Institute’s premises in Amman on 3/6/2010 to continue it’s main function to make periodical evaluation for the academic performance of the Masters program at the Institute in accordance with item (4) of paragraph (b) of the second article of the affiliation and cooperation agreement concluded between the Institute and the University of Jordan on 29/5/2003.

The agenda of the meeting included a discussion of the latest developments regarding the MA program as well as a review of the most important subjects discussed in the previous committee meeting which was held on 11/2/2010, in addition to approving the results of the exams of the second semester 2009/2010, and forming the committee of the comprehensive exam which will be held on 4/7/2010.

After looking into the results, the committee issued a resolution approving the results of the second semester 2009/2010 exams, and the committee also issued its recommendation to form the committee of the comprehensive exam which will be held on 4/7/2010, and which will be presented to the council of the Higher Studies Faculty in order to issue the resolution for its formation and to start the necessary procedures to hold the exam.
