The Institute of Banking Studies aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the top and middle level management in the Jordanian financial and banking sector in order to cope with the international modern  financial and banking developments. In this context , the Institute  held (151) seminars, lectures and panel discussions since 1993 till now attended by (4467) trainees from different Jordanian and Arab financial and banking institutions, in cooperation with several regional and international institutes and organizations. (14) of these seminars held during 2008 and were attended by (213) participants represents the different banks and financial institutions.
