Special Courses Held by the Institute during the Third Quarter of 2009

The Institute of Banking Studies held at its premises in Amman six special training courses attended by (128) employees from banks and institutions operating in Jordan. These courses were held within the existing cooperation between the Institute and the banks and financial institutions to raise the efficiency of their employees in different fields, facilitate their assimilation in work and increase their intellectual and practical productivity.

 

These special courses were as follows:

 

1. Audit Bureau Courses:

  • Modern Methods of Detecting Fraud and Counterfeit, this course was held three times and was attended by (64) employees. The first time during 5/7-9/7/2009, the second time during 12/7-16/7/2009, and the third time during 2/8-6/8/2009. The courses were for (15) training hours each.

 

2. Arab Banking Corporation Bank Course:

  • Impact of the World Financial Crisis on the Credit Market, this course was held during 5/7-9/7/2009 and was attended by (19) employees of Arab Banking Corporation Bank employees for (15) training hours.

 

3. Securities Depository Center Course:

  • Communication Skills which was held from 26/7 to 30/7/2009, and was attended by (21) employees for (15) training hours.

 

4. Islamic International Arab Bank Course:

  • Tellers' Common Mistakes and Methods of Treatment, this course was held from 9/8 to 13/8/2009 and was attended by (24) employees for (15) training hours.
