The Comprehensive Exam for Masters Program

In accordance with the Affiliation and Cooperation Agreement concluded between the Institute of Banking Studies and the University of Jordan regarding the implementation of the Masters program in Banking and Finance at the Institute’s premises, the Council of Deans at the University of Jordan granted in its resolution no. (116/2010) dated 1/3/2010 the MBA degree in Banking and Finance to one of the program's students after the Institute’s Board of Directors in its resolution no. (11/2009) dated 22/12/2009 approved the results of the comprehensive exam held on 22/11/2009 thereby raising the number of the program’s graduates until the end of the first quarter for this year to (66) graduates from the staff of different institutions of the Jordanian financial and banking sector.

The comprehensive exam for the fifth group consisting of (12) students was held on 21/3/2010. The details of the exam were prepared by the special committee formed from members of the teaching faculty in accordance with the decision   no. (69/8/2009/2010/2) dated 2/3/2010 issued by the Council of Faculty of Graduate Studies, The exam committee issued the exam’s results on 21/3/2010. These results were approved by the Institute’s academic committee by its decision no. (2/2010) dated 23/3/2010 and forwarded to the Council of Graduate Studies Faculty at the University of Jordan which issued its resolution no. (4/10/2009/2010/2) dated 30/3/2010 approving the comprehensive exam results until the issuing at a later stage of resolutions of the Institute’s Board of Directors and the Council of Deans of the University of Jordan to grant the degree to those students who passed the exam.
