The activities of the Institute were not limited only to develop the techniques of the banking and financial services in the Kingdom but also were directed to the neighboring Arab countries within the Institute,s persistent efforts to raise the standards of the banking and financial sector.

 
The Institute conducted until the end of 2010 a total of (25) training courses attended by (741) employees from the Libyan banking sector and microfinancing  institutions, universities and training institutes operating in Sudan.
