The objective of this program is to qualify  employees of high and middle level management or employees who are expected to assume such posts and have  minimum  of five years of work  experience in  administrative and leadership aspects to obtain the «Specialized Professional Diploma in Banking Leadership». This program will enable the participants to acquire skills and behaviors  which improve their current performance and prepare them to assume higher executive and leadership responsibilities.
